  • Thermal Setting: Phenol, Epoxy, Unsaturated Polyester, Polyester resin, melamine, Acrylic resin, fiber glass resin…etc.
  • Natural & synthetic rubber industry: EPDM, CR, NBR, SBR, SIR, CSM, NR.IIR, various kinds of flame retardant rubber, carboxylated SBR latex, etc.
  • Foam Polymers: Applied in multi-kinds of foam products, especially Rigid PU Foam Polymers, EVA foam materials.
  • Thermal Plastic: TPU, PE (HDPE, LDPE), PP, POLYOLIFIN, PET, NYLON, POM, Engineering Plastic…. etc.
  • Elastomer: TPE, TPU, SBS, SEBS, TPR, TPV, various kinds of elastomer

Adding Rate

20~30 %, adjustable according to LOI and inflammability while plastic, resin and polymer may vary among applications.

It is advised to make samples with different percentages (ex: 20%, 25%, 30%) and choose the most desirable formula.
