As environmental awareness gains ground, the traditional AC foaming agent (Azodicarbonamide) which contains formamide is now gradually forbidden by some of the renowned manufacturing companies since it would harm human’s central nervous system and reproductive system if swallowed or prolonged skin contact.

GY-AC111 non-azo foaming agent, developed by GYC GROUP, improves the disadvantages of traditional AC foaming agents and can be used in PVC foaming products, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and in the applications of injection molding, extrusion molding, etc. GY-AC111 provides products with fine and even cell structures, as well as perfect insulating properties.
