The surface of the metal materials is too smooth to be applied by coating or resin in most cases, therefore, the lack of tackiness lowers the quality of the products. GY-AP-30 is a metal adhesion promoter and can be applied directly to the resin. The convenience of no extra processing required and ease to use make it a very efficient promoter. GY-AP-30 enhances the adhesive force and peel strength between metal and coating/resin significantly with only a few additive amounts. GY-AP-30 reduces the chip damage by the lack of adhesive force and makes the product more valuable.

Dosage

  • Apply directly: 1.5~5%

Users may tweak the additive amount based on the differences of base material or the intensity of the adhesion

  • Before or after the grinding of coating or resin are both viable

Storage

  • Keep distance with high heat and fire source
  • Keep in well-ventilated places, keep the container seal
  • Store in 5~40℃ temperature
  • If store lower than 5℃, it may cause the separation or congelation of the content. Please drench the exterior of the container with hot water until the content is clear before using.
