GOYENCHEM-CF104, designed by GYC GROUP is a water-based synthetic cutting fluid designated for metal and alloy processing. Excellent corrosive resistance, high stability for hard water, defoaming ability and anti-bacterial ability brought by GOYENCHEM-CF104 can be widely applied in the fields of ferrous metals, steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.

Operations:

GOYENCHEM-CF104 can be diluted in accordance with different requirements

  • Diluted with 25 times of water: Surface grinding, centerless grinding and cylindrical grinding
  • Diluted with 14-25 times of water: CNC machining

 

Note:  

  1. The recommended adding rate provided by GYC GROUP is for reference only, the dosage can be adjusted in accordance with different requirement
  2. Applying GOYENCHEM-CF104 with the ratio of 5% may cause eye and skin irritation so wearing rubber gloves and goggles before operation is recommended
