GOYENCHEM-AR30, designed by GYC GROUP, is a long-life anti-rust agent for ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals. After coating on the surface, it can replace the residual moisture and the extremely thin continuous protective film can provide excellent anti-rust effect. Moreover, protective film can prevent flaking and cracking.

Thanks to it’s neutral polarity compound, the excellent adhesion on ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals is especially suitable for indoor or outdoor mechanical parts and instruments for the sake of medium-term and long-term rust prevention.

GOYENCHEM-AR30 not only is the flash point much higher than general solvent-based anti-rust agent, but also has the merit of solvent-based and oil-based anti-rust agent, which exponentially improves safety and operational convenience.

  • Pass Water Displacement and Stability Test in MIL-PRF-21260E standard test method
  • The value in ASTM D1748 Rust Protection standard test method is greater than 30

Operations:

  • Thoroughly clean the residual dust, ash, oil stains and other dirt on the metallic surface before use
  • Spray, coating, dip coating or other methods can be used.
  • Ensure the surrounding is well-ventilated in order to avoid discomfort symptoms caused by solvent volatilization.
  • Can simply clean the oil stains by using gauze or detergent after operation or further use kerosene or dry cleaning oil.
