Intro

With the alternant concepts towards the taste of art and beauty, matte colors, revealing sense of elegance, have become mainstream. The change has also influenced various industries and products such as textiles, films, shoes, packaging bags, and so forth. As a result, more and more vendors have to provide several matte colors for customers in order to satisfy customers ‘needs.

In this manner, GYC technology department developed GY-WMB50C Matting Agent Masterbatch to bring convenience and efficiency of processing for the manufacturers. GY-WMB50C has excellent compatibility with polyolefin (PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA, EPDM, EPR), TPV, TPO, POE, etc. during the compound procedure. Unlike the conventional silica matting agents which are in light weight and are easy to produce dust during the processing, GY-WMB50C not only has high specific weight but also with the property of excellent heat tolerance. Additionally, since GY-WMB50C will not adhere the screws during the processing, injection molding and extrusion molding are both applicable.
