Intro:

GOYENCHEM-E500 belongs to the C6 low-carbon eco-friendly type classified under nanotechnology water/oil repellent agent series. It is commonly used in chemical fiber manufacturing, such as natural fiber, nylon, polyester, etc. With no long-chain PFOA, GOYENCHEM-E500 offers the products an excellent and long-lasting water and oil repellent effect that not only adds more value to the textiles, but reaches the environmental goals that the textile manufacturers are pursuing.

  • With the purpose of maintaining the best water-repellent effect, the setting time and temperature must reach to the suggested time.
  • GOYENCHEM-E500 has to be used with GY-CM cross-linking agent to reach the best washing-resistant effect.

 

Note:

  1. Please make sure the compatibility before mixing with other agents. Small amount of testing is suggested.
  2. Dilute GOYENCHEM-E500 with water or processing liquor that is below 40℃.
  3. pH scale of processing liquor should be adjusted less than 7. The stability and water/oil repellent effect might be affected due to strong acidity or strong basicity.
  4. Finish the water/oil repellent agent as soon as possible once it is diluted.
  5. The cloth should be washed thoroughly to avoid preprocessing liquor residue.
  6. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, and freeze. Store in the temperature range between 5~40℃.
