GY-ANTIBIOTIC-302, a durable antibacterial agent, can corrupt the bacteria’s cell membrane and make it deteriorated; afterward, sterilization and bacteriostatic effect can be carried out through chemical and physical ways.

GY-ANTIBIOTIC-302 offers unprecedented antibacterial performance and can successfully prevent any diseases caused by bacteria. The antibacterial performance of GY-ANTIBIOTIC-302 is barely affected by the ambient temperature, pH value, or organic matter, and will not cause antibiotic resistance. It is colorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and features outstanding compatibility on account of the nanotechnology, and can be used under room temperature.

GY-ANTIBIOTIC-302 is broadly used in PVC products, textiles, paints/coatings, resins, daily commodities, medical industry, and so forth. The antibacterial rate reaches to 99% against E. coli, Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumonia, etc.

Antibacterial mechanism:

GY-ANTIBIOTIC-302 is an antibiotic agent that can be treated on textiles which provides durable antibacterial performance and the ability to resist microorganisms.

GY-ANTIBIOTIC-302 provides antibacterial performance through both chemical and physical ways, while the traditional antibacterial agents feature only the chemical one.


  • Chemical way: GY-ANTIBIOTIC-302 will produce ionization where nanostructure of ions carries strong positive charges which can pull any bacteria and viruses, with negative charges, towards it and demolish the cell wall of bacteria and viruses as well as changing their enzymatic activity, which leads to the destruction of bacteria and viruses.
  • Physical way: The long-chain nanostructure of polymer will wrap round the bacteria and stop them from reproducing, which blocks the respiratory path of bacteria and is the key reason that does not occur antibiotic resistance.
